Director of Hockey Operations
Phil brings a wealth of hockey knowledge to MVP Goaltending. He has been involved in hockey for the past 10 years, working with youth and high school players at the association and AAA levels. Phil has also been directly involved with dozens of professional and Division I collegiate players, from NHL to Europe.
Phil was involved with the Bemidji State University hockey program from 2000-2005. While at Bemidji State, Phil was involved in 2 College Hockey America conference championships and 2 NCAA hockey tournaments. Phil graduated with a degree in Physical Education and Health.
Phil was hired by the New York Islanders in 2006 and was involved with their farm system. He was directly working and involved with NHL players, coaches and trainers; past, present and future.
